Summary: This property is directly off the beach just like it stated. The view from the balcony is amazing. However it was difficult to communicate not speaking Spanish. I do have a translator app witch helped . Getting access to the right gate and building was a challenge. The apartment itself is definitely outdated. There are no modern amenities. No usb ports or anything of that nature. The smell was of an old vacant house. On the plus side there was a Walgreens across the street. We went there immediately and bought Lysol and candles. The location and view was worth all of it though. The good definitely outweigh the bad. I would stay there again.
