Separate toilet. 2nd floor: a bedroom with a 160 bed and private shower room. Panoramic terrace with a view of the Hautes Cรดte de Beaune vineyard. Unfenced land. Laundry room. Parking. Private swimming pool (4.25 m x 2.25) in continuity with the terrace and heated from May to September depending on the weather conditions (24 ยฐc).
