Summary: First, thank you to each and every member. You all made my stay comfortable. Initially, I chose a room without window and it was clear within 2 hours that I will not be able to stay in that room for 5 nights. Thank to the amazing team, they let me upgrade to a better room and I could enjoy the area around Hoan kiem lake. I was out till 11 without any issue.
