A quiet suburban Villa with lush garden, swimming pool and barbecue, perfect for families, golfers, hikers and wine lovers.
You will be situated in a calm neighborhood on the outskirts of Cardedeu town, only 30 mins by train to Barcelona or Girona, 10 mins by car to Golf and Shopping and 25 mins by car to the nearest beach and vineyards.
The Villa sleeps 11 people in 5 cozy bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. A kitchen, living room, dining room, gallery make up the rest of the villa.
THE SPACE
The villa is distributed over two floors with a large living room and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. A veranda wraps around the side of the house on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. A gallery with play area for kids and an extensive library wrap around the outside of the villa.
There are many cosy corners to explore around the garden also. We invite you to take a seat at one of the tables to have a lazy breakfast, or read a book on one of the benches. Why not have a cup of tea, or local vermouth at one of the cozy nooks under the trees. You can also enjoy outdoor games such as ping pong and pétanque.
Our Barbecue area is perfect for those sunny afternoons after a refreshing dip in the 10m x 5m pool. Dinner can also be had outdoors under the pergola while watching the sunset. For fans of the traditional Paella, we have an outdoor Paellero kit.
