The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator, sunny, overlooking a large courtyard.
The apartment is composed of:
- A living room with a European sofa with modern decoration, marble floor, air conditioning, satellite Tv and free Netflix channels,
- A well equipped and functional American kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a complete set of dishes (plates, cutlery, pots, poels ... etc)
- A table to eat very comfortable and friendly to share meals between friends or family in peace,
- A large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and super comfortable bedding, parquet floor and large storage cupboards,
- A second bedroom well decorated with two single beds, wooden floors, large closets and new bedding and super comfortable.
- The bathroom is new and has a vertical shower with permanently hot water and a built-in toilet,
