Negative: Coffee machines had mold, the building was under construction and wasn't mentioned in the advertisement we were woken up at 7 am on Saturday and Monday to extremely loud and vibrating noise, bad experience

Summary: Not bad but horrible location for peace and quiet plus dirty kitchen machines
