Positive: Nice big spacious villa with 6 rooms, a small private pool and a larger shared pool. The shared pool was mostly empty anyways so it’s like having a massive private pool. Air con in all rooms. Good kitchen. Amazing view from the villa. Nice balcony’s. Walking distance to bodrum center, shops, the beach etc.

Negative: Owner lives right next door overlooking private pool so maybe feels less private although was never an issue
