Positive: We were welcomed very warmly by Michele, who met us at the gate of the property and explained all the ins and outs. The host offered us lots of useful links and recommendations about the city. The room itself was very spacious and had a large balcony. We particularly appreciated the large king size bed as it was very comfortable to sleep on! We stayed there for 6 nights and made the Diamond Suite our base fof visiting Sorrento and other nearby towns.
Negative: One or two plugs in the room didn't work. Apart from this detail, all was great!
