Diamond Place 4 is a large and very spacious first floor unit located on the absolute beachfront at Tugun, step out the front door and onto the golden sands of Tugun beach.
The unit is located at the back of the building, and offers 2 bedrooms - master with queen bed, and second bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is one modernised bathroom and also laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer. The garage door is permanently up and cannot be closed or locked.
The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and opens onto the cool tiled open plan living and lounge area, complete with comfortable furnishings and unlimited Wi-Fi.
There is also a private balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coastal breeze.
Diamond Place is a private complex set back from the road, and is only 50m from the patrolled section of the beach. The unit is walking distance to Tugun Village which hosts a selection of trendy cafes and restaurants, food store, medical centre, church and bakeries. The local tavern and Surf Lifesaving Club are also close enough to walk to, where you can also enjoy lunch and dinner including a well stocked bottle shop at the tavern.
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 9 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
