Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station, which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The train station is at a 4-minute walking distance from the accommodation. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. So, public transport will get you around very well depending on your plans.
