Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location of our villa was unique being located directly above the river. The sound of the river was constantly loud, but a great experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive. There is a restaurant on site, otherwise good restaurants in the village. A driver will take you to the village where you can see the views of the rice fields.
Negative: The second night heavy rain came and the river rose suddenly and was quite unnerving in the middle of the night. The villa was safe but the sound of the river was roaring. If you don’t like the sound of the river, I suggest you chose one further away on the property. There are drivers to take you to the village but an extra cost.
