Darjeeling is a beautifully presented, 3 bedroom holiday home in the heart of Perranporth and has been fully renovated ahead of the 2021 season. The beach and village amenities are just a few steps away, pets are welcome too!

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with seating for 6 and a large wall mounted smart TV. The brand new fitted kitchen has everything you'll need for a self catering family holiday in Perranporth. You'll find and oven & hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dish washer and plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery. There are patio doors that lead out to some decking and the back garden. There is also a separate dining room with a table and chairs to seat 6. The family bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

Upstairs there are 3 bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and an en suite shower room. A second bedroom has 2 single beds ( 2' 6" which can be zipped together to make a super-king on request) and a TV. The third bedroom has full sized (3'x6') bunk beds and a TV. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

Outside:

To the side of the property there is a large driveway to park 2 to 3 cars. At the rear is an enclosed garden with a lawned area, a small patio area and large decked area with outside seating. The front of the property has a small garden.
