Positive: Lovely room, comfy and large bed, air-con, kettle and cups, glasses, water provided every day in the fridge. Good stairs and a lift. The breakfast, that was included in the price, was excellent, lots of choices, lovely quality, healthy food. The staff were excellent, able to speak English, be kind and helpful, not intrusive at all.

Negative: Nothing.
