Positive: It is still a luxury apartment for Vietnamese standard. But the provided items and facilities inside the apartment could be better.
Negative: I didn’t like that the apartment I booked was not available. Even though the staff reached out to arrange for another apartment, the first one was not what I expected, the second one was better. But it was hard to know whether the new assigned apartment was the same standard as the one I booked. Location is definitely not the same convenient. And all in all, it took a big chunk of my time to change apartments. At the back of my mind, I don’t know whether this is the scheme they run to spread their clients across different properties that they are running. Facilities provided inside the apartment need some maintenance, and to upkeep better.
