Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property manager Jimmy was very helpful and pleasant. He answered our queries and helped us with problems. The property owner Monica responded to my email messages promptly. The property is good value for a group of 7-8 people who are on a budget and plan to spend most of their time out exploring. There were plenty of blankets on the beds.
Negative: The apartment was very cold at night and despite being sunny and warm outside was cold during the daytime too. I don't think it is appropriate to call it a "cozy apartment". The hot water tank was small so after two people had had a quick shower the hot water ran out so it was a cold shower for everyone else. After making a request we were provided with an electric heater but during our second week were asked to pay extra for this and to only use it for one hour a day. The apartment looks better in the photos than it did in real life
Summary: Disappointing. The apartment was so cold we paid to go and stay somewhere else for three nights
