Positive: Friendly staff. Have stayed in London many times and can say this is one of the best locations outside the core central area (fun fact; Freddie Mercury’s house is a 2 min walk away!). Near Gloucester Road and Earls Court stations. Plenty of shops nearby. Felt safe in the evening (returned at midnight) and early mornings (5am).

Negative: Have expectations; the room is small and hotel is a bit dated. The shower head was a bit leaky otherwise no faults
