Summary: We havent stayed at a vrbo in a long time. Ive heard some chatter about houses not being as expected. That was not the case with us! The photos were exactly like the property. Beautifully decorated. Everything was neat and clean. No clutter. It was well stocked with toliet paper, soap, papertowels, linens, towels, dishes, COFFEE, etc. Even Helpful tips about the area. Located close enough to anything we wanted to do, but not in the hustle. It is on a main road so there is pretty heavy traffic during the day, but the road noise was minimal at night and did not bother us. There is a nice big yard if you are walking a dog or have children to play, but its not fully fensed as was stated. For us it wasnt a problem. There was no excess noise from royal farms. It was a convenient quick walk for little things we wanted. The host was very responsive! The only things not in the kitchen we could have used were a pancake/flat pan and a baking dish for dessert. Otherwise it was fully stocked! The property is well maintained. This was a great experience for us and we would definitely stay again!
