Enclosed garden at the back of the house (200 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, garage access to the street and the garden.
On the ground floor :
A large entrance hall with a WC, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and gas stove.
A large 40m2 living room with sitting area, TV, internet and dining room, fireplace, a shower room and a large south-west terrace which overlooks the garden.
Upstairs :
3 bedrooms (2 double beds of 140 and 2 single beds of 90) and a shower room, WC.

Summary: Anne and Hervรฉs belle maison is well equipped for a very comfortable stay. The people in Pontaumur are very friendly and the town itself has every facility you need within a radius of 500 meters. There are always some activities happening in the village and we enjoyed attending several. Perfect location for accessing Vichy, Riom, Clermont Fd, les Puys les lacs and the historic sites across PDD and neighbouring dรฉpartements. We loved every minute of our stay and Bellinda the property manager made our stay very special.
