Outside, large grounds with swimming pool of 10 X 5 m (depth: 1.40 m), to be shared with the owners. The swimming pool can be heated in May, June and September (depending on the outside temperature). Equipped summer kitchen, terrace with pergola, barbecue, deckchairs. On the other side of the house, pétanque ground, ping-pong table, darts... Large, unfenced plot. Private parking. Reinforced socket for recharging electric vehicles. Travel cot and high chair available.
