Nestled in a peaceful residential area, Park View is a delightful bungalow ideal for a staycation with family or friends. It is perfect for a beach and Broads holiday at any time of the year. Built in 2022, this home has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the quiet Norfolk village of Martham. The living space opens up onto the lovely lawned garden, where you can dine out alfresco in those summer months. There are three spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom includes an en-suite with a shower.
Head out to discover the delightful village of Martham with its shops which include an excellent local butchers, two pubs, one with restaurant, a quaint thatched roof fish & chip shop and Chinese takeaway. With a village green, duck pond and a park close by, it offers an ideal place to spend your holiday. It has all the amenities you could need to keep everyone entertained. A lovely 15-minute walk past the church and open fields takes you to Martham Staithe on the River Thurne. Here you can hire a day boat or enjoy a day's fishing.
