COPA SHELLS BEACH HOUSE is the perfect house for families or friends wanting to enjoy a relaxing holiday. A lot of love and care has been put into this house and has been holiday let for 21 years. This house is mainly for families of up to 4 people who are coming for a quiet holiday. It is for people who want an authentic holiday house..it is not an ikea house or a motel modern place. It is down to earth. A holiday house.

House has Broadband, HD TV , double filtered water system,and air con', inverted heating, wood fire.
A lot of care and effort has gone into making this house a great getaway for a holiday. This fully furnished original beach house has 3 bedrooms plus a roomy fourth lounge room as a separate tv for kids. Surrounded by trees and views of estuary and gardens gives this home a very private feel. Walk down the front lawn stairway to beach. A Flat 100-200mtre walk will take you to the lagoon and beach, and shops. Fenced in front yard for kids and behaved dogs. Large veranda with Views to ocean and lagoon..just water and trees and no houses in front. There is another sitting and eating area on the carport with ocean views and it has its own table and umbrella too. Wood Floors, Open Plan living/kitchen- kitchen is very well with new water filter, new DISHWASHER, 2 fridges, and 2x split system AIR CONDITIONERS which to be used with respect- New BBQ on deck. The house is fully furnished. Living room has a comfortable lounge suite with dining table and another table plus fireplace, one smart tv and the other a dumb tv with a dvd player..
Main Bedroom has new queen size bedroom suite, Bed 2-Queen Bed opening to back garden, Bed 3 double bed and single. Bed 4/separateLounge/ Rumpus Room has a Separate entry onto back courtyard with Double bed.- this gives you options if you are couples or a family.
Full separate laundry facilities.
Walk in 5 min to shops, Parks, Lagoon, Beach, tennis courts, fishing spots, golf, House trained pets accepted upon discussion..must not be in furniture or in bedrooms and never left on property alone and NEVER to be left barking.
The only thing you bring is linen and towels...bathmats and tea towels are supplied.
Please note that Copacabana is a residential area and I respect my neighbors who live near me-it is fine to have a great relaxing holiday.. however please note that this home is NEVER to be used for events such as bucks parties, schoolies celebrations or similar events. I am very strict on limit of people...do not tell your friends to turn up and stay as well..its unfair to me and the neighbors, the cleaners, and all future guests.

Located between Avoca Beach and McMasters Beach, with Bouddi National Park 5 minutes to the south; Copacabana is 15 minutes drive from Terrigal, 45 minutes from Hornsby (90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD). "Copa" is renown for having one of the best point breaks on the East Coast and is close to all amenities - ocean boat ramp, Crown Plaza Resort, surf beaches, golf courses (at Gosford and Woy Woy) and restaurants. A 20 minute drive to Erina Fair Shopping Plaza, 10 minutes drive to Avoca Beach with old time cinema. Also for the golfer only 10 minutes drive to Kincumber driving range and also shops, supermarket, Cinema, Hotel, and access to Brisbane Water for water sports. Surf club & patrolled northern end of Copa beach with a rock pool and playground perfect for snorkeling and younger children. Surrounded by national parks & inland waterways there is plenty to do - swimming, surfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, prawning, boating and bush-walking. Also at Copa you will find a Whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast
