Positive: Comfortable beds Plenty of living space Great location

Negative: Poor attention to detail. For example -Thin small towels -Insufficient complementary tea coffee milk -No butter -No shampoo or conditioner -No bread knife Most of the above you get at $150 a night hotels, we had guests with us from interstate and we expected more from a premium B&B especially as the three couples do this annually on rotation across three states. The lack of thought for the guest was on par the worst we have experienced for such a ‘rated’ property. The place was well heated but could have benefited from a wood firebox and electric blankets We also were concerned about the long front door walk at night which contained stairs that were dimly lit. One of our group stumbled and fell.

Summary: Looked grand, was comfortable but in a cheap skate way
