Just 300 metres from the footbridge, it’s a short walk to the town beach or creek for swimming, snorkeling, or simply soaking up the natural beauty. For the fishing enthusiast, “The Gap” is also only 300 metres away, making this location ideal for every member of the family.
The home features a well-equipped kitchen and a sunny, open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The north-facing outdoor area is perfect for relaxing with a gas BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. A second shower and toilet in the laundry add convenience for families and groups.
There’s ample off-street parking for your car and boat, with plenty of space left for the kids to run and play. Whether you’re a fisherman or a bushwalker, this home is the perfect base for exploring all the treasures Hat Head has to offer.

Summary: Every thing was really perfect (apart from the neighbours next door) - The neighbours house sits right beside this wonderful property - Its sad that I had to detail this big negative as the house, the owner and the location of Hat Head was truly wonderful
