Positive: The house was absolutely amazing! We had the best start to our Christmas festivities. When we arrived, there were Christmas decorations in the house that we hadn't expected and the aga was on warming the house. The house is fantastic and allows people to be together, yet it has the space to have quiet time if needed. The hot tub is placed to allow for the most stunning views. Some of us even managed a cheeky game of tennis. The rooms were beautiful with carefully chosen decor, which made you feel like you were in a home from home.
Negative: The only thing I would say is that the pipes can be quite noisy, but it's an old house. We soon worked out that we didn't need the heating on in the evenings so the noises were no longer a problem.
