Positive: Had a really great experience at the hotel thanks to the amazing staff especially Mr Tahir is help to carry my luggage to my room that is at upstairs and they also helped to bring in my clothes that were drying on the balcony, ensuring didn't get wet. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made the whole stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Truly appreciated their professionalism and warm hospitality—definitely made a difference to the trip!
