On the ground floor, the villa has three large bedrooms (2 each with 2 beds of 90 / 190cm and one of 150x190 cm), two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a kitchen.
On the floor, 2 rooms: (one with 2 beds of 90x190, the other with a bed 150x190cm, toilets. A terrace.
On the 3rd floor, a large furnished terrace of 40mยฒ offers a breathtaking 360 ยฐ view of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
A shaded terrace on the ground floor will allow you to take meals.
You have a private pool, sun loungers and a Mediterranean garden.
The air conditioning (hot / cold) and louvers are installed in each room as well as in the living / dining room.
The house has been completely renovated, furnished and equipped, in 2019. This includes: TV in the living room, oven, 4 gas hobs, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water heater, 2 large fridges / freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, iron Iron and hair dryer, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
