Positive: We had a really lovely stay at these apartments without any of the hassle some guests have written of. We had good communication on how to enter the apartment block and room, with no problems at all. Although the room is small it's all you need for a stay, and it was clean and the shower was fine, air con worked well though bit noisy. It's a special thing to stay right opposite the Cathedral in the hustle and bustle of the centre. We enjoyed popping back frequently during the day as it was convenient, and opening the windows to the hubbub below and the Samsung guess if the Cathedral opposite is. We enjoyed the high quality classical guitar buskers every evening, and the trams going past. I am so glad I booked this place and ignored the bad reviews. It's a well serviced hotel room, nothing like a hostel as one reviewer said. You can get taxis very close to the hotel, but it's on a pedestrian street so you just walk around the corner. I booked a Bolt taxi and everything was perfect. Abundant eating places for snacks ice-cream and tapas within 50 yards You won't find another place like this for the price in the heart of everything.

Negative: Little sparse on facilities, would have loved a fridge and kettle, but we brought our own travel kettle and at the price we can't have everything.
