Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location to the sites was excellent but to get there was HOrRIBLE. NO mention in the description of no taxi access due to pedestrian area sand the FIfTY steps straight up to get to the apartment and then another 3 floors up-another 25 steps WITH LUGGAGE! Too may didn’t for one area! !

Negative: Everything else!!! No extra linens or pillows available. Was given one towel each for 4 days!!! I am allergic to down and they had no replacements for pillows or comforter! I had no idea how to turn the heat on and FROZE the first night all night! They do not answer messages for 11 or so hours. The hot water did not work for 2 days!!! In freezing Scotland!!! And to top it off it was almost 1,000 pounds over 1000.00 for 4 Nights!!! Horrible. Poor poor value for the money. We lost two days because we stayed there.

Summary: Disappointing. Appalling. Waste of time and money!!!
