Positive: The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The restaurant is also very good albeit quite expensive compared to others we went to of a similar standard.
Negative: This property has so much potential but is just lacking the luxury it advertises. From dated bathrooms to paper cups in the bedrooms (which are not changed during your stay) it does not live up to its 4 star rating. With just a little thought and innovation this could be an amazing place. A few negatives - we booked an air conditioned room but the AC was not working - we were offered a fan instead but it was hot and if we left the window open we were bitten by mosquitoes all night. The internet did not working for most of our stay and mobile signal is poor.
Summary: A lovely location and amazing staff let down by a lack of investment in the property.
