Perched on the edge of a protected forest with sweeping views over the Pacific Ocean, Villa Morpho is a nature-lover's paradise. The house has the rugged and rustic aesthetic of an industrial loft, featuring polished concrete floors, glass and steel beam construction, open rafters and exposed utilities. Villa Morpho is designed to live in harmony with nature, with sliding glass doors that can be opened on all sides, allowing the gentle sea breeze to circulate.
The primary bedroom suite is equipped with air conditioning, a king size bed, clothing wardrobe and shelving, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The kitchen features an oversized island with three stools, a stove, dishwasher, fridge, bar-fridge, coffee maker, toaster and blender.
The living area is appointed with comfortable leather couches, oversize Guanacaste wood coffee table, and a 50” Smart TV, as well as a dining table with six chairs. Air conditioning is available in principal bedroom suite only (living, dining and kitchen are cooled by ceiling and portable fans).
High-speed, fibre-optic internet will ensure you are always connected.
A washing machine, drier and secondary bathroom are located at the back of the house.
The outdoor space features a fully private pool with ample shade, a covered patio area and an upper deck that offers sweeping views, perfect for a morning Yoga session, a golden-hour cocktail or nighttime star gazing. In addition, the principal bedroom suite opens onto a private patio with ocean views.
A gas and charcoal BBQ are both available for use.

Located on a quiet laneway and situated well back from the road, the house offers near total privacy. The location is a five-minute drive to the centre of Samara.
The house sits on a property of more than half an acre and is planted with 50 species of flowering and fruit-producing species, including three varieties of lime, grapefruit, fig, banana, mango, pineapple, dragon fruit, starfruit, coconut, and cinnamon, to name a few. Guests of Villa Morpho are welcome to enjoy whatever is in season during their stay.
