An area dedicated exclusively to Casa Lory, another dedicated entirely to Casa Jo, and two common areas.
The common areas include a splendid crystal-clear swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a spacious solarium equipped with sun loungers and towels.
Nestled in the olive grove, there is also a large and well-maintained jogging track, ideal for outdoor exercise enthusiasts.
The area reserved exclusively for Casa Lory consists of a large green space in front of the house, featuring a dining table with a gazebo, a large green space equipped with a barbecue for preparing delicious meals, a comfortable lounge area, and a hammock ideal for relaxing.
The property also has a large private parking area.
Living Room
The property is accessed from the ground floor, where the charming and welcoming living room is located, featuring typical Sicilian furnishings with Mediterranean colors. It comprises an open-plan kitchen complete with all utensils, a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, washing machine, espresso coffee machine with pods, microwave, and kettle.
