Positive: We had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to the city centre, which made getting around very easy. The space was warm and comfortable temperature-wise, which we appreciated, especially during colder days. The apartment itself is nicely arranged and has a cosy feel to it. The host was also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.

Negative: There were, however, a few things we would like to mention as constructive feedback. Finding the property was a bit difficult at first. The main entrance does not have any sign indicating the Airbnb, and many of the doors in the area look identical. As visitors coming to a new country, it was slightly confusing at the beginning, even with the information provided, and we had to try the code on multiple doors before finding the correct one. The entrance area initially felt a bit intimidating until reaching the apartment, though we understand this may be common in many buildings in the area. When we arrived, the room appeared smaller than expected based on the photos. It was still manageable for our stay, but it did look more spacious online. The mattress was unfortunately not very comfortable, as the sides slope slightly, making it difficult to stay in one position. The bed was also prepared with two separate bed covers instead of one shared duvet, which might not be everyone’s preference. Since the bed is located on the upper level close to the ceiling, we also noticed some spider webs there. Additionally, the sliding part of the shower door appeared brown from dirt and could benefit from deeper cleaning. For two guests staying four nights, only two towels were provided, and additional towels required an extra charge. It might be more convenient to include more towels for longer stays.Another small issue was that when turning on the bathroom light, a noise begins that continues even after the light is switched off. There is only one bedside table and one charging point near the bed, which made it slightly inconvenient for two people. The stairs are also quite steep, so extra care is needed when going down.
