Positive: This gorgeous little house, right on the edge of the sea in the tiny port of Dos Anjos, is beautifully set up and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It is quiet and feels secluded, but just about everything on the island of Santa Maria is reachable in 10-20 minutes by car. It was delightful to return to this jewel of a place after exploring Santa Maria all day, to dine on the terrace and to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Our hosts, Natercia and Paulo, were superb, from the delicious eggs they provided from their own hens, to the coffee and snacks. They were very kind and attentive without being intrusive. We would definitely like to stay here again!
