Casa 367, located in the Founder's Neighborhood of Loreto Bay (Nopolo), has all the amenities of your home away from home. A Chica model home, Casa 367 is equipped with two bedrooms with two king size beds, two baths (both with double sinks, with one bathtub upstairs) and a leather sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining room has table seating for six, as does the courtyard.

All bedrooms and living room have independent AC and ceiling fans. The casa is served by two separate, high speed WiFi routers. The living room smart TV provides access to your steaming services and your streaming devices. There is a built-in safe for your use. All linens and towels are provided, as are all kitchen dishes, etc.

Amenities include: a fully equipped kitchen (reverse osmosis, dishwasher, dishes, etc.), washer/dryer, beach towels, and bikes.

Our property managers Jose and Domingo (English speaking) will help you get settled in and ready to start enjoying the restful and relaxing Villages of Loreto Bay.

Within Loreto Bay you can take a five-minute stroll to the beach for snorkeling, kayaking, and more. Wander along the boulevard or ‘paseo’ and visit the wine cellar, café, designer shops, hair/massage/nail salon, or community center. Loreto Bay has 24 hour security and the guards are very helpful to help you find your way or answer a question.

The town of Loreto is just minutes away, as is the airport with direct flights to La Paz, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Dallas, Tijuana, Guadalajara and Calgary

Summary: Everything you need or want was furnished in this updated and well maintained condo. We have been to Loreto 5 straight years and by far this was the best condo in Nopolo (Loreto Bay Villas). Located in the Founders neighborhood, close to beach, Wine Cellar and El Corazon. I especially liked the two separate wifi's, upstairs and downstairs, since I did have a little business. The owner, Greg Brown, was very easy to work with and responded in a timely fashion. We will definitely look to rent with Greg again, thanks much!!
