A white stone house located on a gentle hill with beautiful views of the Vendicari coast. A dirt road climbs, starting from an unspoiled golden sand beach, towards the hinterland and leads up to a gate. Behind this hides Casa Bedda among the olive trees of a vast estate that borders in the distance with the excavations of Eloro, a Greek city dating back to the 5th century BC which was destroyed during the conquest of Sicily by the Arabs. Casa Bedda offers the wonderful combination of a splendid natural, rural and marine environment. In fact, 600 meters from the house, there is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily, with its golden sand surrounded by fragrant hedges of rosemary, thyme, myrtle, boxwood and mastic, typical of the Mediterranean scrub. and interspersed with white cliffs of sandstone rocks that plunge into an incredible turquoise sea. South of this beach there is the coastal reserve of Vendicari which extends for 10 km to San Lorenzo, near the fishing village of Marzamemi. Just north of the beach is the small seaside resort of Lido di Noto, this has a promenade with bars, ice cream parlors and a beautiful beach. 6 km away is the baroque city of Noto, a UNESCO heritage site.
Casa Bedda has a large garden with many almond trees. The house has two spacious covered terraces at the entrance and at the back. It consists of two double bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms equipped with sink, shower and toilet. The kitchen is basic but well stocked and has a large fridge. From the entrance-kitchen there is access to a covered terrace equipped with a large table, chairs, comfortable deckchairs and a relaxing swing. Further on in the garden there is another terrace with sun loungers and a beautiful view of the coast.
