Positive: The apartment was stunning from comfort inside and outside (balcony furnished with a lovely dining table and a bed-like couch...super appreciated after a long day in town!) to the beautiful view. Both rooms have AC and with open windows in the living room, the apartment always feels cool. Kitchen is super well equipped and host was lovely and left a refill of water and sodas. Very easy access from gate to apartment. Parking spot.
Negative: As we were there for the festival on the croisette, we felt it was a bit of a hassle to walk back as it is uphill and 20 minutes away. Taxis are easy to find, but needs to be planned in advance.
Summary: Superb stay thanks to our lovely host Laeticia.
