Positive: Very nice and calm location. Host was very accommodating and polite. We found parking right in front of the house on the street

Negative: Bed was too hard for my taste, including pillow. When you enter the room, you might feel a smell of mildew. It's not a deal breaker, i would still book this room if i am in the area.
