Caer Menai is set in a 200 year old Grade II listed building within the castle walls of the royal historic town of Caernarfon, just a stones throw away is Caernarfon Castle and the fantastic harbor. Each of the bedrooms offers an en suite shower room and have a Smart TV with tea and coffee making facilities including a small refrigerator with complimentary bottled water and fresh milk. Breakfast is served each morning in our separate dining room, and guests can make use of the shared lounge on the ground floor. Guests can begin their journey on the Welsh Highland Railway from Caernarfon Station, which is within a 10-minute walk from Caer Menai. The edge of Snowdonia National Park is a 15-minute drive away. The island of Anglesey is 7.7 miles from the guest house. We are centrally located to the best of what north Wales has to offer.

Positive: This property is amazing. From the first moment you enter you feel welcome. Neil the host was wonderful and so helpful. The room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It is obvious that the property is very much loved. Bottled water, fresh milk in the fridge in your room and some chocolates too. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful. Also available was fresh fruit, juice, yoghurt and extra toast if you wanted. Locations is perfect, an easy walk to many shops, cafes, restaurants,the castle and Marina. We were really sad to leave.
Negative: There is nothing not to like, it was fantastic
