Over 200 years old, this characterful Grade 2 listed terraced cottage is centrally located in the town of Richmond. The cottage is full of charm with quirky rooms and period features and is in close proximity to the vibrant market square. Set over three floors, the upstairs provides two inviting double bedrooms and third single bedroom, ideal for families or couples. On entering the cottage there is a small entrance hall to store coats and shoes, which then takes you through the double doors into the generously sized sitting and dining room. The sitting room is home to a wood burning stove and exposed ceiling beams that set for a cosy evening relaxing in the comfortable sofa. The dining area has ample space to seat up to six people.The modern kitchen features a modern induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave as well as well-stocked kitchen ideal for cooking a family meal. The first floor is home to a king-size double bedroom, boasting neutral décor and matching oak furniture, along with delightful countryside views.
