A beautifully presented cottage on the edge of Edwinstowe village, with good access to Sherwood Forest and the Peak District National Park. This semi-detached property has been completely renovated in a reverse-level layout, providing a heart-warming accommodation to return to after a day tracking down Robin Hood and his Merry Men! Accessed via a gentle ramp to the rear of the property, you enter into the spacious hallway with plenty of room to hang up your jackets and store away your shoes. Discover the two tastefully furnished bedrooms, including a lavish double with en-suite shower room and a twin, which is serviced by the family bathroom with luxurious roll-top bath. Head upstairs to find the large sitting room, housing a leather sofa and a multi fuel stove to curl up beside during those colder nights. Outside is a pretty patio area where you can sit and enjoy a drink whilst listening to the river flow by and if lucky king fishers, the property also has fishing rights to the river. There is also an enclosed area which offers a secure spot for children to play without access to the water.
