This charming bungalow is full of character and is set in a quiet residential area in Cheveley, around three miles from Newmarket. This peaceful area will ensure a relaxing holiday in a lovely location, ideal for friends or a small family to discover the many towns and villages in the area. Stepping through the front door you find yourself in the welcoming sitting room which has a dining area where you can enjoy meals together or spread the maps out to plan the day's walk. From here you are taken through to the well-equipped kitchen which has an adjoining utility room. This is a great space for storing bikes or for taking your walking boots off in as it has access to the rear lawned garden. Completing the accommodation are two bedrooms, a double and a single room which both have garden views, and a family bathroom. To the rear of the property is an enclosed lawned garden with the lovely added bonus of a summerhouse with seating. This is an ideal place to sit and enjoy your breakfast or an evening drink on summer's days. There is also a second shed which can also be used for storage. The surrounding area has lots of different walking and cycling trails on offer and there is fishing available all year round on the River Lark.
