Beautiful house located in the heart of Serra de Tramuntana.

Ca na Miret is an old village house located in the old case of Estellencs (declared a historic complex with only 318 inhabitants). The house is located on a corner of two cobbled pedestrian streets where children can move around safely. It is one of the last houses with whitewashed facades in the village. The interior has been carefully restored in 2019 respecting the original plaster and lime trestle of the first floor and the staircase, and the space of the chimney paved with slabs. The trestle in the ground floor room is paved.

The house is divided in two floors and has a capacity for 3 people. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc, a small bathroom with WC and sink and a fireplace area.

On the upper floor you will find two rooms, one with a double bed and a second room with two single beds, this room has two levels accessible with a ladder, one bed is located on the higher lever asnd the other bed is on the lower level. On the same floor we find a bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

The house terrace is the beautiful pedestrian street, there is a table with chairs where you can enjoy nice morning breakfasts before heading to the mountains to explore this unique and precious area of Serra de Tramuntana.

Estellencs is one of the best preserved villages in the Serra de Tramuntana. The beach is located just 1 kilometer from the town center and can be reached by walking along the paths of the Sea and the Port. Its location in the middle of the mountains and by the sea makes it an ideal place for hiking with sea views. The close presence of numerous public fincas such as Planícia, Son Fortuny, Galatzó and Coma d’en Vidal offers us a large number of hiking itineraries for all levels. It is also ideal for cycling along the mountain roads of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
