Summary: The place is 20 min walking from central railway station and like 1 min close to some nice cafes, fresh market and Coop. The owner was helpful and fixed some problem with internet that I had. Unfortunately the cleanliness level is awful. In addition some guest was constantly smoking in the kitchen and nobody paid attention despite no smoking sign.
