Positive: This apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything is new and spotless. We were able to cook, as the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The bed mattress and the sofa in the living room are very comfortable. Both TVs are smart. The apartment has a spacious terrace/patio with a private dining area. The pool is great and truly a bonus for guests. From the apartment, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach along a nicely arranged and civilized path. The parking space is very convenient and useful. Communication with Brisa was flawless—they sent us all the information a day in advance, including videos that made everything clearer, and kindly offered us (without us even asking) an early check-in from 10 AM. We can’t wait to come back next year—or maybe even sooner!
