Enjoy an amazing beach vacation in this modern apartment set in a beautiful residential in Oliva Nova. It accommodates 4-6 guests who, apart from the sea and the beach, will make the most of the great shared pool and appealing green areas.
The pool is the perfet place to cool down and relax under the warm beams of the Mediterranean sun. The wonderful chlorine pool sizes 30 x 15 metres while the water depth goes from 0.5 to 1.9 metres. You can spread your towel on the green lawn around the pool while the little ones play after the swim. And after a long day at the beach or the pool, you can simply return to the fantastic terrace in the apartment. It sizes 41 m² and its is fully equipped: exterior table and chairs to enjoy meals al fresco, chill-out area with sofas to relax by a glass of wine, and comfortable sun loungers and parasol to bask in the sun during the day. All of them are an enticement for those who love the sun and the good weather.
This modern apartment is located on the ground floor a building. From the terrace, we access the cosy and and luminous living-dining room. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV set and a dining table where our 5 guests will enjoy the best family recipes while refreshing with the AC. The kitchen comes next, open to the dining area and equipped with the basic to cook during your vacation: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, etc. The apartment also offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment includes two bedrooms where our guests can rest and disconnect from the daily routine. The first one has a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. The second bedroom comes with two twin beds and a wardrobe. Both of them have direct exit to the terrace. For the extra guests, we will prepare the sofa-bed in the living room. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. A second bathroom, with a shower this time, serves the rest of the accommodation. Finally, the house is equipped with ducted air-conditioning / heat pump.
Oliva Nova is an incomparable destiny for those in search of the sun and the beach as well as peace an quietness for a holiday vacation. There are several extraordinary beaches of fine sand and shallow water around. You will find the beach of Aigua Morta about less than one km away from the residential, but there are other equally beautiful some kms away like the beaches of Rabdells o Les Deveses. The area offers all needed services for an independent stay. In addition, there is a wide leisure offer: from having a walk throughout the historical centre of Oliva, then enjoying the delicious and traditional gastronomy, or practising sports like golf, water sports, karting or fishing, to excursions and trips in the heart of the natural spaces like Parque Natural del Marjal Pego-Oliva or Manantial Natural de La Font Salada.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
The pool is open from June to September and from p am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm.
There is parking for 1 car in the garage.
Pets are not allowed.
