Summary: we enjoyed our stay in Rincon but the property was not what we expected and the photos are well out-of-date. The park across the street is run down, the pool has no pool furniture unless you count two weathered camp style chairs. The door to the pump is rusted out. The lower part is literally rusted away. The property was not very clean when we arrived. My wife took her shoes off and the bottoms of her feet were black in a matter of a couple minutes. The sliding door to the patio from the living area is broken. One side would not latch closed at all and the other side would latch but wasn't secure. I notified the owner and he said he knew about but it was 20 years old and he would work on it when it was empty. I would not stay here again. Needless to say, not what we expected with a 9.8 rating.
