Positive: the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff Really all the staff especially Ms dareen She was very cooperative with us; there was a mistake in the booking, and she resolved the issue very well.
Negative: Everything is fine except for the elevator card issue, because it's the same card that powers the electricity in the room.
