Summary: Room was not as per images on website at all, scruffy, run down, the room was cold (radiator didn’t work) and the water was barely lukewarm, so a shower/bath wasn’t an option, TV didn't work (no channels). I wasn’t able to contact anyone to complain, but feel the price was far too high. I will not be staying again.
