Positive: Great property with lots of space, nicely decorated, clean and well equipped.
Negative: Not a complaint, but we found the gas was out on the BBQ. A quick message to the host and it was offered to be replaced immediately. When there was something that needed attention there was a real care to correct it quickly. This for me is the mark of success and customer care.
Summary: Beautiful apartment and very comfortable for a great holiday.
