Positive: The property was ok but booking made a big mistake which caused me a great deal of stress. Gladly the staff was lovely and accommodated me in a tiny bedroom when I was expecting a bedroom with bathroom. They said the my reservation was a share room and the difference on price was double of what I had already paid. It was very embarrassing and upsetting for me till it was sorted. On top of that I had to share a bathroom. It was so humiliating for me that I actually left one day earlier. The people at the property was lovely but book was not clear and caused a great problem.

Negative: I would to have a compensation for the great inconvenience with led me to leave earlier than expected. Terrible experience with bookings. Totally unnecessary to someone who is recovering from a suicidal attempt. I have depression and anxiety and the last thing I needed was the stress caused by the miss communication between booking and the hotel

Summary: Stressful is was not from the love staff
